Tech for small business owners, built by someone who's actually run one.
AI receptionists, scheduling automation, CRM builds, workflow automation, and websites β built right, priced fairly, owned by you at hand-off. I'm Colin Fraley. I've been the bottleneck, so I know what good tech for a small business actually looks like.
Most builds run $1,500β$10,000. Transparent quotes in writing before work starts.
Built for owner-operators, not enterprise.
If you're an owner-operator running a small business β service, retail, trade, professional β and you know you need tech but every AI agency cold-calling you sounds the same, you're in the right place. BizTechy.ai builds the five things small businesses actually need. Nothing more, nothing fluffy. If you're an enterprise looking for a Salesforce overhaul, this isn't that.
Five services. Nothing fluffy.
Build pricing only β maintenance is separate and explained below.
AI Receptionist
AI that answers your phone 24/7, books appointments, captures leads, and routes urgent calls to you when it matters.
Scheduling Automation
An online booking system tied into your calendar, your team's calendars, and your customer notifications. No more phone-tag scheduling.
CRM Build or Migration
A simple, working CRM that fits your business. We build new or migrate you off whatever's not working. No 90-day implementation projects.
Workflow Automation
After-hours follow-up flows, quote-to-invoice automation, lead nurture sequences, internal task automation β the connecting tissue between your tools.
Website Refresh or Shopify Build
A fast, modern website that actually converts. Or a Shopify store if you sell product. No 12-month rebuilds, no $20K agency quotes.
Built, handed off, supported on your terms.
Every BizTechy.ai build includes a 30-day settling-in period after deployment β that's when we fix bugs, make small adjustments, and make sure everything is working the way you expected. After that 30-day window, you decide how you want ongoing support to work. Three options, all transparent:
Walk away.
What you get: The build, fully owned. Logins, code, data, documentation. You handle everything from there.
Best for: Confident owner-operators who don't anticipate needing ongoing help, or who already have someone on retainer who can maintain things.
12-month maintenance plan.
What you get: Ongoing bug fixes, small adjustments, integration updates when third-party tools change, reasonable email/chat support, and priority response.
Best for: Most customers. If you anticipate needing more than 4 hours of help over the year, the math beats ad-hoc.
Ad-hoc hourly support.
What you get: Pay only when you need us. Email or call, we quote the hours, you approve, we do the work.
Best for: Customers who only need occasional help and prefer not to commit to a plan.
You choose at hand-off. You can switch between options later. No lock-in, no auto-renewal, no surprise charges.
Free 15-min call.
Tell me what you're trying to fix. I'll tell you honestly whether BizTechy.ai is the right place to start or whether you should look at advisory first.
Fixed quote.
Scope, price, and timeline in writing before any work starts. No "discovery fees," no estimates that quietly balloon.
Build.
Most projects run 2β6 weeks depending on scope. You see progress as it happens.
30-day settling period.
Build is deployed. We fix anything that doesn't work right and tighten up anything that's not quite what you wanted.
You choose what comes next.
Walk away, maintenance plan, or ad-hoc support. Your call.
I'm the better agency.
Every AI agency cold-calling you this month sounds the same. $497/mo retainer, you don't own anything, six-month onboarding, account manager who couldn't explain what was built. BizTechy.ai is the operator-led version of that β same services, different posture.
Transparent pricing.
Quotes in writing before work starts. Ranges visible on this page. Maintenance and ad-hoc rates published. No mystery.
You own what we build.
When the project ends, the logins, the code, the data are yours. Walk away after 30 days if you want β no vendor lock-in.
Maintenance is optional and renewable, not a trap.
Most agencies bury you in $497/mo retainers forever. We sell 12-month plans you renew on your terms, or you pay only when you need help.
Operator-led.
I've actually run small businesses. So has the work β every build is designed for someone who's busy, owner-operated, and doesn't have IT staff.
When you should start with advisory first.
If you're not totally sure what to build, or you suspect the real problem is operational and not technical, you'll waste money buying tech you don't end up using. I see this constantly. Start with a Shop Diagnostic on the advisory side first β figure out what's actually broken, then come back here when you know what tech you actually need. Learn more about advisory

Who's actually behind this.
I'm Colin Fraley. I built BizTechy.ai because I kept seeing small business owners get sold software they didn't need by agencies that didn't understand their business. I've managed a coffee shop to #2 out of 217 stores. I've built and exited a Superhost Airbnb. I've helped scale two healthcare startups. I host the Startup or Shutup podcast. I founded PeerFounder.com, a fintech platform for small businesses. The tech you buy from BizTechy.ai is shaped by all of that β by someone who knows what it's like to be on your side of the table.
Common questions.
Three ways. First, transparent pricing β quotes in writing before work starts, ranges on the page, maintenance and ad-hoc rates published. Second, you own what we build β no vendor lock-in, no managed-service trap. Third, I'm a small business operator first, so the work is designed for owner-operators, not enterprise.
Bug fixes, small adjustments, and any changes needed to make sure the build is doing what you expected. It's not a feature window β if you decide mid-build that you want a major new feature, that's a separate quote. The 30 days exists to make sure what we built actually works in your business.
Ongoing bug fixes, small adjustments, integration updates when third-party tools change (e.g., if an API your CRM uses changes), reasonable email and chat support, and priority response on requests. It doesn't cover net-new features β those get scoped and quoted separately.
You email or call when something needs attention. We scope the work, give you an hour estimate, you approve, we do the work, we bill the hours. Current rate is $200/hr (subject to change with notice). Most ad-hoc requests are 1β3 hours.
Yes. If you walked away after 30 days and later decide you want a maintenance plan, you can buy one. If you have a maintenance plan and let it lapse, you can renew or switch to ad-hoc. No penalties.
No. BizTechy.ai is standalone. If you know what you want built, start here. If you're not sure, start with advisory and we'll figure out what tech (if any) makes sense.
Start with the free 15-min call. If we figure out you don't actually need tech yet, I'll tell you and route you to advisory. I'd rather pass on the project than build you something you won't use.
Most builds run 2β6 weeks depending on scope. Simple automation: 2 weeks. CRM migrations or website rebuilds: 4β6 weeks. You'll have a written timeline before the build starts.
Yes. All BizTechy.ai work is delivered virtually. Location doesn't matter.
